All Xtreme HD IPTV customers are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of activation if the service does not perform as promised or you encounter technical issues we cannot resolve.


Refund requests must be made within 7 days of activation.

Refunds apply only to your first subscription; renewals are not eligible.

Abuse, account sharing, or violation of terms voids refund eligibility.

2. Valid Refund Reasons

Service not delivered or activated within 24 hours.

Persistent technical issues unresolved by our support team.

Incorrect plan activation (e.g., wrong duration or device count).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Requests made after 7 days of activation.

Device compatibility issues outside our supported list.

Misuse of service, including account sharing or VPN-related restrictions.

Issues caused by your internet provider, devices, or third-party apps not affiliated with Xtreme HD IPTV.

4. How to Request a Refund

Include your order ID, purchase email, and a short description of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used during purchase. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.


6. Service Cancellation

After your refund is approved, your IPTV account and all associated access will be automatically deactivated to ensure system integrity.
